1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DIGISMART IT SOLUTIONS ("Site") or booking our services, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided
We offer professional security solutions including:
✓ Professional security camera installation & configuration
✓ On-site/remote technical support and troubleshooting
✓ Network setup for remote viewing
✓ Motion detection and alert configuration

Service Exclusions:
- Hardware repairs requiring manufacturer intervention
- Services for illegally obtained devices
- Network infrastructure beyond camera connectivity

3. User Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate information (Wi-Fi passwords, network details)
- Ensure safe access for on-site technicians
- Obtain necessary permissions for installation locations
- Backup important data before service begins

4. Pricing & Payments
- Fees quoted are final unless scope changes
- Payment due before service via secure payment methods
- Refunds only if service isn't rendered (see Section 7)
- Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond standard service areas

5. Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour notice required for full refund
- Same-day cancellations: 50% fee
- No-shows: Non-refundable
- Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice

6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:
- Pre-existing device damage
- Network issues beyond our control
- Unauthorized modifications post-service
- Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances

Maximum liability = service fee paid.

7. Warranty & Guarantees
- 30-day service guarantee for identical issues
- Doesn't cover new problems or physical damage
- Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment
- Remote support available during business hours

8. Intellectual Property
- Site content © 2025 DIGISMART IT SOLUTIONS
- No commercial use of our guides without permission
- Client retains ownership of their data and footage

9. Dispute Resolution
- Mediation (30-day negotiation period)
- Binding arbitration in Delhi, India
- Each party bears own arbitration costs

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian laws.

11. Changes to Terms
Updates posted 7 days before taking effect. Continued use = acceptance.
